Shipping & Returns
Does Soludos offer free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping via FedEx (5-7 day service) on all orders over $150 before taxes.

Where does Soludos ship to?

Orders can ship to any standard address in the United States that FedEx services.

Unfortunately, we cannot at this time ship to PO Boxes.

We do not at this time ship internationally, to Puerto Rico, to Canada, or to Military/APO/FPO addresses.

When will my order ship out?

Our warehouse processing time to pack your order is between 1-3 business days. Please contact cheers@soludos.com if your order appears to be unusually delayed. 

When will I receive my order?

Transit times start from the date your order initially ships out. After an order ships from our warehouse, standard Ground shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days to deliver, depending on where the package is going.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via Air and typically take 2-7 business days from the ship date.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will get an email with a tracking link that will track your package right to your doorstep! 

If you don't receive that email within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at cheers@soludos.com

How can I process an exchange?

We're sorry to hear that the fit wasn't as perfect as you hoped to be.

While we can't support direct exchanges at this time, we advise you to return for a Store Credit (Gift Card) and use that to make a new purchase.

This option waives the $8 fee that is associated with restocking returned shoes.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Soludos as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can start your return at this link. Contact us at cheers@soludos.com with any questions.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit on all orders. We accept returns on Soludos items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages.

Please note that refunds may be subject to a restocking fee. 

Products eligible for return must be purchased directly from Soludos.com. If you  purchased your Soludos from another retailer, please contact them to coordinate a return. 

Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or return. These products will always have a flag on the product page stating their Final Sale status at time of purchase.

Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

When can I expect my refund?

You will be issued a refund when you drop off your return package to the carrier and they scan it into their system. Refunds can take up to 8-10 business days to process and reflect on your bank statement. If your refund takes longer to process, please email cheers@soludos.com for assistance.

Sizing & Care
How do Soludos fit?

Soludos fit true to size and are available in standard US sizes.

Sizing may vary slightly across styles and individual pairs, due to the hand-stitched nature of some of our shoes. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations specific to that style!

Please note - all our espadrilles with jute soles will stretch slightly over the first 30-60 minutes of wear to better fit your foot. So if they are a bit snug at first, take a few laps around your living room to see if they adjust to your feet! 

How do I clean my Soludos?

The best way to clean your espadrilles is with a damp cloth to remove dirt from the cotton upper. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and using an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!

The best way to clean your leather sneakers is with a mild leather cleaner matching the color of the shoe. You can also dip a soft white cloth in a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap, wring it out, and use that to gently rub out any dirt or stains. We recommend not getting your leather shoes too wet as they could stain or wrinkle the material.

What is an LWG gold-rated tannery?

LWG (Leather Working Group) is a not-for-profit organization that develops and performs audits on tanneries to certify that the leather is manufactured according to high environmental standards. The gold-rated standard is the highest rating a tannery can receive.

What is chrome-free leather?

Metals used in standard tanning are not harmful to the end-customer. However, due to the tanning process, there are risks to the factory workers and local water supply. The processes our suppliers use remove chromium from leather tanning, ensuring a safe and sustainable product, and protecting the local environment.

GIFT CARDS
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we sell digital gift cards up to $250. They are sent to the email address specified at checkout -- and can be printed, forwarded, or shared. Gift cards never expire and there are no additional fees to share or redeem them - just the gift of sunshine!

Please note that gift cards will be delivered electronically and are FINAL SALE.

It is not possible to use payment installments to purchase a gift card. If you have any questions, shoot us a note at cheers@soludos.com and we'd be happy to assist

Are there taxes or fees on gift card purchases?

There are no sales taxes or additional fees applied when purchasing a gift card. At the time of redemption, gift cards can cover the cost of products as well as sales tax and shipping charges.

Orders
How do I update my order?

If you need to edit your shipping address or make any other changes to your order after it is placed, please email us at cheers@soludos.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee order cancellations or changes but we will respond quickly and do our best to help!

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter your promo code at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears & click 'apply' -- voila! Promo codes will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified. Promo codes cannot be combined with other promo codes.

Payment
What forms of payments does Soludos accept?

Soludos.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Soludos Store Credit (Gift Cards).

Does Soludos offer price adjustments?

Soludos gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise purchased through Soludos.com within seven days of the sale date. Just shoot us an email at cheers@soludos.com with your order number and we will take care of it! Items not purchased at full price or not purchased through Soludos.com are ineligible for price adjustments. Items purchased using a promo code cannot be price adjusted.

How We Make Em
Where are Soludos manufactured?

Soludos are manufactured in factories in China, Brazil & Portugal. Our materials are sourced from all over the world! All of our factories undergo regular inspections, audits, and visits from third parties to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?

We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on www.soludos.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures at cheers@soludos.com and we will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.
